Cold/flu remedies??😭

My throat/nose/jaw/head/ears are on fire. I can’t even swallow I haven’t been sick my whole pregnancy so I’m not sure what’s safe to do/take. Prefer natural remedies if anyone has any please!!!😰

I definitely recommend some local honey, maybe with some soothing hot tea for the swallowing and sinuses. Sorry you are sick :(

A humidifier helps SO MUCH. Also Riccola cough drops. Maybe also a netti pot

Peppermint helps the throat.
I used vapor rub when I had a cold since options are a bit limited.
