I am 38 weeks and 2 days today. Last Monday I was already dialated to 3cm and lost my mucus plug and had bloody show that night. So I was hopeful all week and weekend baby would come. Yesterday the doctor said I'm 4cm now! I am not having contractions really at all. Yesterday after my exam and sex I had contractions 10-15 min apart for a few hours then they stopped. Now today just mild cramping, horrible pelvic/hip pain, horrible back pain, and so emotional. Not to mention I'm still working full time! I just want to know if anyone has any advise or similar situations. I mean how long can I walk around 4cm dialated and not have contractions or water break?? Just want this big girl (96 percentile) to come!

The hospital/practice won't induce me until 39 weeks due to the risks and they don't believe in stretch and sweep. 🙄
