Question..
What counts as 1dpo after a peak OPK? Is it the day after or the day after that? I read somewhere that a peak OPK means you will ovulate in the next 24 hours but glow changed my ovulation date to the day I got my peak 🤷♀️ a little confused, this is the first month I use OPK's.
