So confused!!

I have had a super light period this month. I usually go through 3 pads a day on my heavy days but I haven’t even filled a panty liner I don’t know what’s going on and my dr won’t see me til next month I’ve tested everyday since the 10 which is when my period started but all I get is a bfn
