I’ve lost 20lbs this pregnancy and I’m in my second trimester
I’m at 104lbs and feel gross!! Definitely get depressed about my pregnancy
I’m desperately trying to gain weight back plus more
Dr told me to try ensure which I’ve been doing
I have been drinking 2 shakes a day one after breakfast and one after dinner
I was thinking of drinking 2 before bed and laying down for the night hoping it’d help me.
Should I? How can I get weight back 😞
I’m very worried at my next appointment I’ll have dropped more or I’ll be the same
