FTM- is this it?

I went in today for my 38 week appointment and had a cervical check, they said my cervix was still closed. Then about 3 hours later I was feeling lots of dull cramps. Had some light brown discharge. Then the next time I wiped I had lots of mucous discharge that was blood tinged. This lasted about the next two times I went to use the restroom. Now there is no other discharge or mucous. I’ve been having about 30-40 second cramps ever 10-15 min. Any thoughts mom’s?
