Im 15 weeks and had a routine pap yesterday. Immediately following she manually felt my uterus. She apologized for so much blood, handed me a pad and told me spotting was normal. Cleaning myself before dressing I found i bled a fair amount along with tissue/blood clot?. That evening I filled the pad like I had a period and had horrible cramping. This morning im spotting instead of bleeding but still found tissue/clot and I have mild cramps. Is this a good sign or should I be calling my dr?
