Okay ladies, does anyone have an actual story of going into labor after hand-expressing colostrum?

I'm 28 weeks along and have been leaking occasionally since 20 weeks. I will occasionally express a bit with my hands to stop the leaking. But I've been reading that it's absolutely not okay to do this. I've been doing it regardless because I have yet to see an actual story backing these comments up. 😅 probably not safe to play with fire like that, but I've legit not experienced any labor signs in the past 8 weeks.
