Brown blood

So I'm 10w5d and today at work I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was some brown discharge. It freaked me out a little but I thought no big deal. As I was working I started to feel "wet" so I went to the bathroom again and I had a lot of brown blood. I called my OB and am waiting for a call back. I'm freaking out right now. Has anyone else had this?
