Feeling stupid...

After my 2 MC's I have had so much anxiety over this pregnancy. I am now 17wks and even though I can find baby's heartbeat with my Doppler, I keep getting this nagging feeling that something is wrong. Mainly cos I don't really have a bump yet and even though I feel like iv felt a few flutters, IV not had any definite kicks/movements yet. But I have had no bleeding, no pain and I still "feel" pregnant. But I feel like I'm going crazy 😭
