I have been EBF’ing my baby girl because she absolutely refuses the bottle. Lately, she has been spitting up more often. Our doctor says she has been eating too much, so I reduced her feeding times on each breast from 15 minutes down to 11 minutes. I should mention that there is also at least 5 minutes of burping time after each side.

I don’t know how much milk she is drinking, so I have based it on time. When I do pump for 15 minutes, I can get about 90 ml (3 oz) to 150 ml (5 oz).
