Beef jerky and deep fried sushi?

I’m pregnant and was wondering if Its okay to eat beef jerky? And deep fried Vegas roll sushi? I believe it’s salmon and crab. But all deepfried. Just curious!! Tia

Neither of those foods are particularly healthy in general, but the occasional treat is perfectly fine while you are pregnant!

My OB told me I can have a cup of coffee, lunch meat, sushi wish raw fish, and soft cheeses. Woohoo!
