So today I had my first ultrasound.. the tech didn't say much just told me I had a cyst on my left ovary and asked if i had my blood drawn which I have and numbers are continuing to double. She didnt say much just continue to take images she told me to follow up with my doctor tomorrow.. she said congratulations and good luck with everything.. I saw the sac (i asked if that was it) and I saw a spec in the middle of it but wasnt told if it was the embryo.. I'm guessing it is . What do you guys think should I be concerned? I also did not receive a picture .. I'm so confused
