OK so I had some pink spotting 3 weeks ago now and Ive had nothing since then, I've had 2 ultrasounds since then last one being Monday and all was brilliant baby had a heart beat and measuring well, I've now had the lightest brown spotting, no cramps, still have my symptoms, do I go to a and e? I'm working tonight and I work at the hospital so I can literally pop down stairs, my first midwife appointment isn't until the 30th either and next scan is my 12 week on the 9th of September? I wiped again since and nothing? Advice please
