Hi! Did you ever figure out what this was? My baby currently has a rash similar to this.

Maybe a heat rash or baby acne? It looks a lot like my daughters baby acne but its only on her face and neck so Idk if baby acne spreads to other places or not.. Could be from the laundry detergent also?
