Prenatal visits question

I’am close to 26 weeks pregnant this week. Today I did my glucose test. Right after I finished the bloodwork... I went to go check on when’s my next prenatal visit. They scheduled me for two weeks from now. Is that normal for doctors to do? I’am surprised and curious because normally I had my visits every month and not it’s two weeks from now after today. Just curious if that’s common and why?
