How much did you guys pay to get your dog fixed? Im really considering getting my girl fixed because i hear her breed has a lot of difficulty giving birth and i dont want her to accidentally get pregnant and die. I just want to know the price range ill be looking at.

You need to get her fixed if you aren’t going to breed her. It can reduce the risk of cancer and pyrometra (I have a degree in vet nursing) cost may be a factor but look into pet insurance and financial plans with your vet but this is needed for her to stay healthy!!

I went to the Arizona Humane Society and got my dog neutered for $20, but we had some sort of deal going on. The normal price for males was about 60, and for females, it was 70-120 depending on the size of your dog. I’d check out humane societies because if we had went to a private vet, it would have been upwards around $300 for males.
