Reflux suddenly worse??

Anyone else near the end here and notice heartburn and reflux is out if control. What foods help you? I take omenprozle already 😩😩

Nothing really works that significantly for me.. I try to have high calcium foods like almond milk, cashew yogurt and alternative cheese (I'm lactose intolerant) it works a little bit. Having frequent snacks somehow helps as well. Hot tea helps not only with heartburn but with nausea (I'm having trouble keeping things down the closer we get to labor), I usually drink it after I eat and it seems like makes it easier for me to digest the food. I put mint in my water too because plain water gives me worse heartburn now 😞

YES! I work from home and took tomorrow off only to be woken up at 12 to almost spewing acid everywhere!! I took 2 tums and now I'm on the couch! Milk helps me sometimes as well but I usually do tums first, otherwise the milk does not taste good when it hits the acid! Ugh...

I’m 38 weeks 2 days and it has gotten worse for me. I literally woke up in the middle of the night choking on the acid that came up. Needless to say I’m sleeping sitting up on the couch now. The only the that helps is drinking milk to coat my throat and sitting up sleeping. Zantac has helped but not as much as I want it to.
