No greens=no baby?

So my mother in law is convinced that because I dont eat many vegetables I'll never get pregnant? I've never heard of that in my life

Honestly, I avoid veggies like the plague. I got pregnant right away. So no, ignore it.

Leafy green vegetables contain folate so it has some merit.. and they're very beneficial for health. But  not to that extent

Vegetables do you have nutrients in them that you can’t get anywhere else which could result in delayed conception. That being said there are women every day to do way worse to their bodies than not eating veggies and get pregnant. So 🤷🏼‍♀️

she’s totally wrong. Sure, veggies can help aide in good fertility and over all health but not eating them by no means implies you won’t get pregnant 🤦🏻‍♀️
