Natural labors: did you show signs other than being dialted and effaced? I need motivation!!

No, my water broke out of nowhere with my first baby.

I went to the doc at 36 +2. Dialted 0. No signs. Then 36 3 I started diarrhea and some cramps. Then 36 4 I had a little girl:) my son I was 34 dialted to 2, 35 dialted to 2...40 dialted to...2 and he never came on his own:)

My water broke in the middle of the night. Went to the hospital and after 8 hours I was still not dilated or effaced, so they started pitocin.

Do you mean people who went into labor spontaneously, i.e. no induction? I felt "off" all day (headache, tired, slight upset stomach) and started having regular contractions that evening.
