How would you feel if you were with someone for 7 months, deeply in love but still have your issues, and you find out that about a week before you started dating (but have known each other for a week and had already had sex by this point), he sent a picture of a girl he used to like that used him and told this dude about her and said she was like his dream girl, then sendinf a picture of you and said he was talking to you and he vibed really hard with you bur you weren't up to his usual standard?

For those who commented, we are freshly broken up. I found this out months ago and he let his ex who changed him bleed into us and he would tell me I'm beautiful but could never live up to making me feel secure, and they never had contact, it was all him being unable to move on from being damaged. We were extremely serious very early on and I found out almost a year ago and spent many months trying to get over it and make it work but we just broke up because this was too huge of a rift and in or specific situation, he did a lot of bad shit like this. I never felt like what he was saying to me was true, I knew he loved me and found me beautiful, but he never made me feel confident in feeling that. Also, we would have been dating when he said that if he would have been able to make it official, but he was afraid to. We were committed, but not official so I disagree with the point that it was before us, I have no right. I do, he said it about me when we were trying to build something and were committed.
