I’m 9 weeks today, and feeling so blessed and grateful to be growing this wee bean inside me. I went for my first ultrasound last week and got to see the baby’s heart beat and it was measuring at a very healthy 176bpm! This year has been a difficult one, I lost my dad very suddenly in a motorcycle accident on his way home from work on the 19th of March and you can only imagine my surprise when I was told the baby’s due date would be the 19th of March 2020! I definitely think dad has a part in blessing me with a beautiful baby, it’s almost funny because dad would always say he was leaving the country when I was giving birth 😂 I’m just praying and hoping for a healthy pregnancy and a beautiful healthy bubba at the end 💗
