Anyone have any experience with testicular cancer while TTC? Hubby just got diagnosed this week; he will be having one testicle removed. We don’t know yet whether he will need chemo.

Doctor said he doesn’t recommend banking sperm unless hubby needs chemo. He said that the bad testicle most likely hasn’t been producing sperm for a while and I was still able to get pregnant twice this summer (unfortunately both ended in very early miscarriages) with only one good testicle. I’m just afraid that he’s wrong. Thoughts?? Should I push to bank sperm? Have any of you gotten pregnant with one working testicle?
