Sub chorionic bleed 😯

I’m jw has anyone ever heard of this causing hcg levels to drop slightly? I just seen a success story of someone who thought they had a miscarriage bc of bleeding and a slight drop and come to find out it was a sub chorionic hemorrhage. Wondering if anyone else has ever heard of this?
