Anyone else?
It started in my second trimester, I noticed if I bent over I couldn't breathe, then it became if I sat reclined, then it was it I went from standing to laying I was wheezing like I ran track. On top of the lack of air problem, my heart also starts racing.
I went to a cardiologist, I'm being monitored by both my OB and cardiologist. Essentially, they think the baby is pretty consistently laying on my inferior vena cava. Making my heart rate plummet and then once the baby moves, it shoots up.
Is anyone else going through this? What are you doing for relief? It's getting worse each day. It doesn't matter if I stay off my back, I could be standing and it happens. I frequently wake up choking no matter which side I sleep on. I'll also get chest pains.
I'm 37 weeks already and am very close to just begging to be induced. I cannot handle feeling like I'm being choked from the inside. I afraid of driving because I don't want to pass out behind the wheel. I'm afraid my heart rate will dip too low and my body won't wake me up.
Both of my leg will fall asleep when standing and start swelling too.
I'm just so tired of feeling this way without any relief.
