Okay so back on July 15th I was admitted to the hospital due to my cervix being short and being 1cm dilated and was taken out of work July 16th they did the surgical procedure and did a cerclage. The nurses at the hospital told me to follow up with my regular ob for further instructions of care and if I’ll be able to return to work. July 25 my regular drs appointment go in with my boyfriend and my mom after waiting almost 2 hrs I get seen I asked my dr can I go back to work considering i have bills to pay and things to get for the baby. He says to me ,my boyfriend, &mom that he didn’t want me to go back to work. So I get everything together for my short term disability because I have bills to pay they fill it out but didn’t put my information about the surgery on the paperwork so after it was sent back it took a few days for the company to look over come to find out they need more information they sent it back to the drs office for them to fill it out again today makes a whole month since I’ve been out of work and I’m only getting paid for 1 week . I have about 3 months till my baby is born and i have no idea what to do if this crap back fires and I loose my job.
