Huge ingrown. TMI description.

Okay so let me start by saying I’m extremely embarrassed by this , but last week I noticed a pretty large ingrown hair..down there. It calmed down for awhile and now it’s huge (cherry sized) and is starting to have yellow/green puss come out of. I’m 8 weeks pregnant so I’m a little bit worried and don’t know if I need to seek medical treatment or just wait it out!
