Dealing with a job you hate

How do you deal with a job you hate? After I got back from maternity leave, my job was completely different. I now hate it. I hate leaving my baby to go to a job I dislike. If I have to leave my baby, I want to at least like what I do. I feel so stuck. Is anyone else going through this?
