35 weeks, felt and heard a pop.

When I got up to pee this morning and sat on the toilet, I felt and heard a loud pop. It was kind of like a small water balloon popping just under my ribs in the front. I thought maybe it could be my water breaking but I don't think I've had any water leaking at all. Any ideas on what to could have been?
