I have terrible knots in my back so I see a massage therapist every other week for deep tissue massages... I’m due for one on Thursday but, I won’t know yet if I could be pregnant or not... would it still be safe to go or should I try to cancel this one until I know for sure whether I am or not? I’ve been trying to look things up on it and I can’t find any solid answers... I know the deep tissue massages release a lot of toxins from the muscles.. so I don’t know if that could be an issue or not?

Anyone have any thoughts?
