35 weeks 1 day.

I've had a headache all day that Tylenol isn't doing much for. Not super painful, but mild period like cramps but doesn't feel "tight" like Braxton Hicks. Mild back pain. Soft bowel movement this morning, but still feel like I need to go and nothing is coming out. Nausea and two episodes of vomiting today. Baby is being SUPER active, but movements are sometimes rhythmic like a hiccup and then changes to kind of painfully kicking. Leaking what I assume is discharge? Clear and watery but not a whole whole lot. Feeling super weak and just blah...tried drinking water and laying on my side but now feel like my heart is racing and am sweating? Any advice?
