anybody know how to help with major swelling and pain in feet?

i know i don’t have preeclampsia, im 36 weeks and i’m moving into a new home and we’ve been moving the last week and i’ve been doing tons of shopping and walking ( i’m not lifting anything lol, i have tons of help. ) I just need my feet to work with me! Its been a lot because we are trying to be moved in by the 31st since my due date is September 14th lol
