Going down...

So I’ve been dating this guy for quite some time. We don’t actually have sex but we do other things. When he goes down on me, it feel amazing, but I never get off. He always stops and just fingers me or I have to finish myself. It gets a little frustrating when I do all I can to help him finish but then he can’t get me off. What do I do??
