Just got yelled at for eating popcorn??

Sooo, a mom in fb group told me off because I said I was eating microwaved popcorn. She (and some others mom just not as mean about it) said microwaved popcorn is not good at all during pregnancy, can cause birth defects, etc etc. I’ve never heard this before and now I’m freaking out!! I’m 8 weeks.
