Stabbing pinching pain

I've been having stabbing pinching pain that started today and is pretty mild at the moment but it happens 5-6 times then stops for like 20-30 minutes then starts again at first then it just started getting kinda random with timing but it always happens in the same spot (the blue swirl sorry for the gross pic) I'm 17 weeks and 1 day.
