OPK help

I’m very new to ovulation tests, as this is my first time trying to conceive. I’m very confused by my results. Would love some input! I don’t have regular cycles, as I haven’t had a period since the end of May /beginning June. I’ll be seeing a reproductive endocrinologist next week, but have been trying to track as much info as possible until then.
