help!! if you can!!

tmi post but i’m currently 11weeks and just went to the bathroom but after wiping i noticed there was this clearish/brownish discharge on the toilet paper. nothing was in the toilet, only on the toilet paper after wiping. if anyone has experience this or know possibly what it is, please let me know! trying not to freak out! thanks in advance.
