trouble sleeping PLEASE HELP!!
im in high school and since it’s summer i’ve been staying up until around 2 and waking up at 9-10 am, but this week i’ve had trouble sleeping and i’ve been staying up until 5-6 and yesterday i woke up at 4pm. i thought it was stress from my room not being clean so i cleaned it and it didn’t help. i just don’t feel “tired” and i can lay in bed eyes shut for hours and not fall asleep but during the day i have no energy whatsoever even though i sleep A LOT when i can sleep. any ideas on how to reset my sleep schedule or help me sleep?
