You can bounce in a yoga ball your entire pregnancy. It’s great excercise, it will not put you into labor but will help baby get in position. It will only really progress you if already in labor.

I used it my last trimester while watching tv in the evenings. It’s good for you and not going to put you into labor, so anytime is fine.
