I am 18 and my boyfriend is 20 we’ve been together for 3 going on 4 years and are going to be purchasing our first home in the next few months! If anyone has any advice they’d have like to know when buying there first home I’d love to hear it! And we have a 20% down payment already saved for what our price range is so that’s already covered! Any advice would be appreciated!
