31 weeks pregnant today this is my second baby

The last past few weeks I been feeling Braxton Hicks off an on I had a doctors appointment yesterday she said it’s normal but today the pains I have been feeling are stronger than usual and I been in pain for an hour now the pain never leaves it’s just faint then goes stronger 😨 I can feel my baby moving when he moves it hurts me even more no blood

Or anything has come out of me I’m just very uncomfortable due to the pain what should I do ?
