Really sick

I was sick for one week and then I went to the doctor and found out I had a ear infection and sinus infection so they gave me a nose spray, cough medicine, and a antibiotic for my ear now it’s been 8 days and I’m feeling even worse my cough has gotten worse but my ear is a lot better should I go back to the doctor?
