I get mild eczema on my face and my boyfriend gets it on his neck and arms and this is what it looks like. For him it itches for me it just gets irritated. Hydrocortisone helps him. I normally just let it be and go away on its own. It could also be an allergy to your jewelry ? I’m allergic to sterling silver so most earrings make me breakout like that.
