So I have this rash on my inner thigh and it’s itchy and dry so my skin is none for like small rashes and so I usually just put lotion on it and it will go away but this one won’t I looked it up and it says i have a yeast infection I looked at the pictures on yeast infections and it looks nothing as bad as the pictures. What should I do? And it feels weird after I pee as well. Like almost as if my pee is hot water like.
