Anxiety Tips

So Im 17 and have bad health anxiety. It’s so hard dealing with anxiety symptoms daily. I get sweaty, tingles, chest pains and recently I’ve started getting light headed and a little dizzy. The symptoms scare me so much I keep thinking something is wrong w me. My doctor did blood work and everything came back fine and he told me it was all anxiety. I just need tips on how to deal with it. Going to work is so hard cause I hate being in situations that I can’t easily get out of. I always get anxiety at work. It’s also made going out hard too. I worry I’m going to panic and embarrass myself and I’m always scared somethings gonna happen to me. Does anyone else have this too? I’m seeing a therapist soon. Any advice would be amazing.
