Anxiety or not?

Hey I’m 19, and I been having these rapid heart beats it only happens when I move around? It’s weird when they did a X-ray day before yesterday they were just telling me it’s anxiety and my blood was very high. Like I still see black dots, see like my pulse through my vision when I move around to much.

Anxiety can come with so many different symptoms and it affects everyone in a different way. Typically I wouldn’t rlly say that sounds like anxiety. Do u have any other anxiety symptoms? Such as tingles in fingers/toes, sweaty, chest pains, light headed, blurry vision etc?
