Dewy Wet highlights???

I'm looking for an inexpensive highlight that isn't very glittery and more of a glow. Cream or powder whatever is good! TXS :))

It is a little bit pricy, but honestly so worth it. It’s called Haloscope by Glossier. I’ve had it for two years, use it everyday and still have hardly made a dent in it. It’s not noticeably shimmery, it just looks like a healthy sheen
