What are you ladies using to wrap your bellies after a csection? How long should I wait to start wrapping?

The hospital provided a wrap for me. Used it as soon as they gave it to me

My cousin (who was a nurse and assisted deliveries for 15 years) said I should start as soon as possible. (Like even while in the hospital, but I hadn’t bromine with me.)
I tried several times in the first few days after getting home, but it was painful/too tight. So it took me a few days to get where the swelling was down enough to wear it. I’m about 8 weeks PP, and try to wear one each day, but sometimes don’t for comfort since I’m still sitting so much of the day. But I’m trying!!
