Does this look ok?

I read somewhere if the gestational sac wasn’t round something is wrong? I didn’t have US at doc office so they give no medical advice..... anyone else’s look like this?? Am I worring for no reason? There was a heart beat of 158 and measured 7 weeks 2 days and I had 7 weeks 3 days!?!?! It’s abdominal US if that matters!?!?

Mine at 6 weeks 5 days. They said everything looks normal.

Mine was kind of long like that at 7 weeks and when I went back at 9 weeks it was round. I'm sure if your doctor didnt say anything or seemed concerned you should go with that.

Mine looked like this at 8 weeks 1 day with my fertility doctor. Then at 10 weeks with my ob it was more round and so clear. It can be the brand of machine they use and positioning of the wand.

Does this look ok?
