I'm 7 weeks and 4 days doctors said it looks like my pregnancy is not viable sadly.. I was having really bad cramps and went to the bathroom and wiped and brown stretchy cm came out is this the sign of a miscarriage?

Your doctor must be saying this based off of something ? We’re your hcg levels low? That could be why. They usually want to see a certain level each week to consider your hormones rising appropriately. If your having bad cramps and some blood I’d go to the er to make sure everything is ok. You should be able to see something in the uterus if not hear the heartbeat  at that far along. Your cramps should not be bad mild on and off is ok. You could be miscarrying is go see someone.

Did you have a vaginal ultrasound? They can cause a little bit of blood. Or even knock old blood loose. It's brown I wouldn't worry to much unless its red or pink. Also what is his reason for it not being viable?

Why did the doctor tell you it isn’t viable? 7 weeks is still so early. They should have done an ultrasound and a blood test to check your hcg. You can bleed/spot your entire first trimester and still be okay potentially. I was spotting brown blood for three weeks and baby is fine.
